Presentation and Panel Discussion at the Ministry of Education Pavilion at COP28

What a special honor that one has been!
After an initiative of Abu Dhabi University, we were hosted at the COP28 pavilion of the UAE Ministry of Education to present our work with The British International School Abu Dhabi (BISAD): a recurrent, internationally awarded Workshop for Year 4 students entitled: "Sustainability, Architecture and the City".
Together with Mr. Liam Cullinan, NASAD Principal, Mr. Alan Cocker, BISAD interim Principal, Mrs. Hayley O'Connor, former Y4 Leader and Mr. James Burns, Y4 Leader, we presented in front of students, parents and COP28 visitors a 5-year story of how a shy start developed into an academic benchmark of unprecedented engagement, play and imagination.
A story that wouldn’t be possible without that early support from insightful people such as Mr. Mike Wolfe.
We will definitely keep on building upon this success, at an effort to harness children's unbiased usage and review of our buildings, public spaces and cities.
