I am so happy and proud that one of my most unprepared photos was shortlisted with 450 contestants at the IDA (International Dark Sky Association) “Capture the Dark” Photography Competition.

The image is entitled: “Grandfather and Granddaughter” and was shot without a tripod, at Mt. Pelion, facing the city of Volos. I still owned my Canon 100D and I set it up super fast so I won’t miss the scene of my father showing Venus, the Moon and Jupiter over the city. One of my best photos ever.
